been a few years since we have been in but brought my young son in for a buzz hair cut and the hair cut was right on point. when she asked if we would like an upgrade to an MVP you could she was annoyed when I said he doesn't need that. We go to check out and in the process the hairstylist on the customer screen quickly brings up junior buzz for $16 and then even faster removes it for a Jr haircut at $18. Don't do that stuff in front of the customer, its how you loose customers. Its not the money its the principal of it. So, I subtracted $2 from her tip and moved on. This type of behavior should never happen.

Great place to get your hair cut. The stylists are always professional, they have notes on what you like but always ask to confirm if that's what you want this time around. Crystal did a super job for me yesterday and whilst the estras of MVP etc. are always available they are never pushy about them. Overall it's a nice, efficient service in a great environment.
