Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Milford MA

I've been a customer of Sport Clips Milford,Ma. since they opened. I knew that they do not make appointments, instead "check in on line", unfortunately I could not do that today so I went to the shop. When I arrived I was the only one in the shop that I could see, I noticed on the board that there was over a 1 hour wait. there were several names on the board also stating "not there" When I question where they were " they are coming". I guess the secret is to check in on line and they will take you regardless when you show up and who walks in .before they show up. "We don't make appointments" HMMMMMMM.

I've been a regular customer at the Milford location, and I've always received great service, but today I experience a level of customer service rarely seen in business anymore. I scheduled my appointment online, and when I arrived, there was still a short wait due to the volume of customers. Somehow, a customer who was scheduled to get a haircut after me, got called before me. When the next hair stylist was ready to cut my hair, she began by apologizing for the mix-up, and made a point of saying that the list of customers is important and should be followed. The stylist was very professional, she confirmed how I wanted to get my hair cut; she was very pleasant to speak with and she gave me a great hair cut. When it came time to pay for my, once again, the stylist apologized for the mix-up with the list and for the delay in service, and then she waived the cost of my hair cut. I was so shocked; this wasn't necessary. At a time when businesses are so focused on making a buck over providing good customer service, the folks at the Milford Sports Clips made a point of putting their customers needs ahead of anything else. Outstanding customer service and great hair cuts; I highly recommend this location for your next hair cut.
